Salon + Stylist:

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointments. We love your friends and kiddos, but we do ask that you come in by yourself to enjoy getting pampered. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your stylist will have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations:

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of service date will be charged for 30% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of service date will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Call / No-Show:

Missed appointments will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service. It is up to the stylist whether clients are able to rebook or not. If so, they are required to pre-pay for all future appointments.

Deposits:

Any deposits collected are non-refundable and non-transferable.
